Great convenient hotel near to the heart of Genova! Erica, Madu and Jhonny are truly wonderful staff, as they immensely helped me throughout my stay.

An excellent choice for a pre-ferry stopover, perfect for a break while waiting to board: spacious and comfortable rooms, excellent location just steps from the port. The restaurant is also very good, ideal for those who don't want to go out.

My daughter and I arrived at the hotel at 11:00 PM, after checking out of the B&B where I was staying due to dirty sheets. The guy who greeted us at the front desk was wonderful, and the room and bathroom were spotless. If I needed to stay in Genoa again, I would definitely stay here again.

I come to Genoa almost every week for personal reasons and I love it! Cleanliness and friendliness, with a lovely atmosphere. A special mention to all the reception staff, especially the 20-year-old receptionist, Erica, who I think is very sweet, talented, and professional!

Everything was fine, comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the location was good for me, as I didn't need it to be in the center, very close to the highway exit, which we used almost every day. The center was 1.5 km away, which is not enough for us, a short walk; everyone decides. The parking wasn't covered because it was apparently full, but it cost the same, €16 a day. Anyway, there was no choice. You could park outside without any problem and without paying, but I don't like it. The room was very comfortable, with a normal bathroom, sufficient. We stayed for dinner three nights, a la carte, not a buffet, and the food was good and reasonably priced, so if you feel like going out, you can easily dine at the hotel. The only drawback was that we booked two rooms, and they weren't able to give us two next to each other, in fact, one at each end of the floor. I find this incomprehensible given that the reservation was made three weeks ago. It seems absurd, but my children are older and it's not a big problem. What bothered me the most, and which was unrelated to the hotel, was the tourist tax, €4 per person per night, excessive for a city that for me doesn't provide more than 1 or 2 days maximum, but tourists have to be bled dry. In this sense, Spain is not better, just cheaper.
