New Port In Genova

Andrea at breakfast is so kind. She made an extra effort to help me this morning. A very interesting hotel built by the docks. Unfortunately the parking access was tricky like other reviews mention. Get here during daylight or it will be very difficult to find and negotiate access to the parking area which is a drive away around the back. I wasn't impressed by the mobile cell tower right above my balcony. The room was lovely and the evening restaurant is good but the bright hospital style lighting needs attention. Difficult to sleep as sirens all night even with the double glazing. The large Army group staying were well behaved and I felt very safe. Andrea deserves a special mention. Lost 2 stars because of the parking, the noise at night and the cell tower above my bedroom. A good breakfast with a nice young lady Andrea.

Beautiful, spacious, and modern room. Parking near the hotel isn't always easy as it's located on a main thoroughfare with heavy traffic, but the hotel is well soundproofed.

I stayed one night at the hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful. We even found a welcome kit for my dog ​​in the room. The room was spotless and the breakfast was excellent. The location was very convenient, close to the port of Genoa. Highly recommended.

The view from my room was amazing, it was clean but it smelled terrible. It had a sweaty odor. I had to open the window to air it out. The breakfast food is just okay, but the bread is good. The service is excellent, and it's close to the subway and bus stops.

Elegant, comfortable accommodation with friendly staff available to meet every request. Rooms with every comfort, impeccable housekeeping service with friendly and helpful staff, fantastic restaurant services with a wide selection of excellent breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, and excellent portions. The dining room staff are always ready to accommodate every request. The reception staff are also friendly and available to help with anything to make guests feel at home. Basically, everything is top-notch!!! 😍☺️

The room was small, and the bathtub was too high to climb into, making it unsuitable for the elderly. Breakfast was okay. The location was good, but some reviews mentioned poor parking or no spaces available. We asked the front desk and were told there were no parking spaces, and we were hesitant to park on the street. Finally, an elderly man checking security cameras told us that there was parking on the roof, but the entrance was very difficult to find and required a long detour.

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff- loaned us an adapter- very convenient to cruise port terminal with view of the ships. Easy, quick walk across busy street but well marked with crosswalk. Convenient mini mart almost right next door for snacks and more. Room was spacious and clean with amenities. Breakfast had a variety of foods with real eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, yogurt, fruits, pastries, fresh coffee, juices and so much more. Would stay here again and recommend to others!

Spacious rooms, well-equipped, super clean, very friendly staff. Breakfast is varied, everything from sweet to savory, fruit, juices...super.

They are very kind! The breakfast is plentiful and varied! The rooms are cleaned every day, towels and bed linen are changed. It is close to the city center. Our room overlooked the harbor. Very nice 😊

I would describe it as a mixed bag. We've stayed there twice already, once in the spring and once in November. The staff is friendly. The very large international breakfast is good. The first time, we booked a very large room. It faced the courtyard and was very dark. The second time, we requested a corner room. The room itself was great, but the air conditioning seems to be turned off in winter. As a result, it was 28°C in the room, and we had to open the window. You don't really want to open it, though, because there's a major intersection right below, so there's a lot of traffic and noise until late at night. The parking situation isn't suitable for large vehicles unless you're very good at judging the size of your car. In other words, it's extremely tight. All in all, I'd say it's okay for one or two nights at most, but nothing outstanding.
