New Number One Pizzeria Cosenza In Rovito

I had been to this pizzeria last December 7th and last night I returned to repeat the wonderful experience (and obviously I will return again). Warm and welcoming place. On busy evenings I believe it is advisable to make a reservation which is respected both in terms of time and manner (and this is not to be taken for granted), the very kind and highly trained staff "pampers" you from the beginning to the end of your meal. The pizza is excellent and there is a wide choice of doughs and cooking options, the raw materials used are of the highest quality. Always accept Massimo's advice on dough, flavors and shapes. A small note.....the desserts and liqueurs prepared by them are from high quality pastry shops, at Christmas I had their panettone, well I think it is the best eaten in the 2024 holidays, maybe they will reply with the Easter dove. The atmosphere is very welcoming with attention to detail that makes it the perfect setting for a dinner with friends. The staff is very professional and kind. We have eaten pizza in this place several times, really good and superlative with excellent quality ingredients, so for this Christmas we decided to buy the classic artisanal panettone made by them. Light and fluffy dough with dark chocolate chips and candied fruit, truly delicious, congratulations Lorenzo and all your collaborators.

Excellent place, with simple but characteristic furnishings. The pizza is exceptional, both for the quality of the dough and for the quality of the toppings, what can I say, from the appetizers to the dessert everything was of extreme quality not to mention their bread, all with flavors that recall the authenticity of Calabria and the its traditions. Super Recommended! The only advice is to book at least the day before because it is so good that it is practically always full 🔝

Very very good pizza! Any type of dough is good, you will be spoiled for choice. Delicious even cold, the next day.
