A pizza is a combination of things: aromas, flavors, ambiance, relaxation, harmony...well, I firmly believe that until their self-styled, gray-haired manager is fired, this mix will never have a high rating, in my opinion. He's rude, unhelpful, and even rude. I seriously urge you to consider replacing him. EDIT: I appreciate the owner's response and am upgrading my review.

Excellent rating for the quality of the tasty dishes, undoubtedly the result of special ingredients. We had "frese" as an appetizer (which can also be enjoyed with your hands because they're not crumbly) and well-topped and very flavorful pizzas. The only drawbacks that keep us from getting a 5-star rating are the truly excessive noise, the poor table layout, the lack of dessert options (there was essentially only one, though good), and, last but not least, although understandable for a small restaurant and not particularly important, the shift system, which I can't stand on principle, since you don't go to a pizzeria/restaurant just to eat!

A very nice place, but an experience I'll never forget. The waiter was rude, with bad jokes. As soon as we walked in, we wanted to go back, despite our reservation, which included specifics about allergies and the dog that would be coming with us (no sign posted indicating that pets are not allowed, as required by law for businesses that don't allow them). We were told to sit down and let him be quiet and quiet, otherwise the waiter wouldn't come to take our order—a dog that always does this in every restaurant we take him to without any need for threats. The pizza was disappointing: the dough was crunchy, the crust partially undercooked, and the ingredients were decent. But all of us at the table felt sick a few hours after eating it. It's a shame, because the place was very promising.

What can I say? One of the best pizzerias in Cosenza, impeccable service, top quality products.
