Bar in pieno centro a San Martino in Rio, quando vogliamo restare in zona andiamo a berci una birra. Prezzi onesti, personale gentile e disponibile. La birra è buona, ci sono primi e secondi piatti, non so se vale solo per il pranzo o anche per la cena.

26/07/2024: Friday evening, the place was full, we didn't book but... They made us wait 5 minutes and the table was ours in an air-conditioned environment. Having taken the command, a few Min arrives with a drink and then she, an amazing pizza loaded with toppings with the dough that melts in your mouth🔝🔝🔝 I fell in love with it! 💕Then to follow the homemade apple pie.... Mouth-watering!!! 😋I had to leave otherwise I would fall in love with the pizza chef!! 😉🧑‍🍳💕

24/06/2024: Table of 10 people for dinner! We took an appetizer of cured meats and a trio of tortelli with grass/pumpkin/potatoes water and a few cans of Coca-Cola €40 each seems a bit much to me pretty good food Good service (We were the only table of the evening)
25/04/2024: We had the pleasure of having dinner at Tortelleria Aut in Cavriago before an evening at the cinema. The restaurant is located in the main square of the town; to reach it, you have to take a small street on the side of the square that leads to the entrance. The interior has a typical atmosphere of village trattorias, enriched by refined furnishing details: the environment is clean and comfortable, with wooden tables and chairs. The type of mise en place is simple, with a small runner, cutlery and napkins positioned in an original and oblique way. As first courses we chose cappelletti stuffed with truffle and parmesan cream, and tortelloni with squid ink stuffed with salmon and tomato sauce. In both dishes, the pasta was at the right consistency and perfectly cooked: the filling of the cappelletti, delicate with pieces of black truffle mixed with ricotta, was delicious, as was the parmesan cream that accompanied it. In the tortelloni, the strong and predominant flavor of the salmon harmonized with the light saline note of the squid ink in the pasta, all wrapped in the tomato sauce which gave a light acidity to a truly excellent dish. As a second course we tasted a dish of battered and fried cod: the fish, with a delicate flavor and well cooked, was balanced and not excessively salty. The batter was perfectly crunchy, accompanied by an exquisite quenelle of olive pesto, which went perfectly with the softness of the fish. We concluded the dinner with two desserts: a mascarpone cream with chocolate flakes and a slice of sbrisolona cake, both delicious and full of flavour. The service was fast and extremely courteous. We certainly recommend this restaurant for a quiet, quality meal, both for lovers of Emilian cuisine and for those who want to discover other Italian specialties.
