Very clean... very kind and helpful staff, there are all the necessary things... fridge, bidet, Very useful trolley in the bathroom to put all the things, hairdryer, safe, television. Parking was always easy to find. We had a good time.

the structure is a little dated but very welcoming and clean and offers tranquility. Helpful and kind staff. A special thank you to Mrs. Anika and the "breakfast boy" whose name, forgive me, I don't remember. Convenient location even if outside the historic center, still reachable with a half-hour walk or by bus through one of the main streets of Arezzo (and which passes next to the train station). I will definitely come back

09/08/2025: Excellent piadinas. Well-filled, with a variety of toppings. I always stop here when I come to Arezzo, and believe me, it's as good as a restaurant, even if it's a bit basic. But who cares, the important thing is the piadina, which is exceptional.
