Pleasant weekend, great value for money We stayed at this hotel for two nights over the weekend and had a great time. We arrived late the first night, but the gentleman at the reception greeted us with great kindness and even let us park our motorbike inside the gate, a gesture that was much appreciated. The room, although a little small, was clean and well-kept, equipped with a hairdryer, towels and a comfortable balcony. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise: well-stocked, with really good homemade cakes and freshly cut cold cuts. All the staff were kind and helpful, helping to make the stay even more pleasant. Overall, an excellent choice with a really convenient quality-price ratio. Recommended!

10/06/2025: I already knew the place because I had been there in the past and, as far as the pizza goes, it wasn't bad. Unfortunately, the last time I went back, after a long time, I was a bit disappointed. The ingredients were really poor, the dough was sometimes rubbery or dry/hard, evidently the dough was not rolled out evenly. And the price did not reflect the product (I spent a total of 18 euros for two pizzas). Too bad

19/04/2025: What a nice surprise! Lara has very good contact, she is responsive, available and very friendly. She advised us on our visits and trips. The rest of the team is charming and attentive. The establishment has 4 rooms, therefore intimate. Our room was ultra comfortable and spacious. Beautiful renovation of the building. Very pleasant area and well located in relation to Piazzale Roma if you arrive by car or bus. 20 minutes walk from Piazza San Marco, 10 minutes from a vaporetto, many restaurants near the B n B. Excellent and varied breakfast. We loved it!
17/03/2025: A peaceful corner overlooking the canal, where every detail is carefully taken care of. The light that filtered through the windows illuminated every moment with a unique sweetness. A truly unforgettable experience!
