The food and atmosphere were great. We had a great time, and the staff were attentive. We went for the tasting menu (with wine pairing), and we only wish for better communication of both the dishes and the wines - most of the time we basically guessed what the dishes were, and had no idea what the wines were. I would recommend having cards or bringing bottles to show guests for a more refined (and informed) experience.

Practically worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. I haven't eaten this well in years. Exceptional cuisine. And a pleasant atmosphere. I recommend it.

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and the experience was positive. The food was excellent, prepared with fresh ingredients and with attention to detail, from the main course to the dessert. 02/10/2025: Absolutely delicious lemon sorbet. The lemon flavour was so intense, i loved it. Was worth the 8 euro 12 euro if you want to dine in. Lots of other meal and drink choices too.
22/09/2025: We had two lemon delicacies, good but not excellent, probably because they were still warm, two lemon sorbets and two coffees in this place, in my opinion a little expensive, but the courtesy of the staff and the preparation of the dishes are 5-star.

01/09/2025: We stayed in the apartments at the end of August, and our stay was incredibly surprising: the view is breathtaking, the service, quality, and food at the restaurant below the accommodation are wonderful. There's a homely atmosphere, and the courtesy, kindness, hospitality, and beauty of the location set this place apart. Getting around is easy with public transportation, which is always available, with two stops just steps from the apartment, or by scooter. Sole Nascente is located on the side of the island with the most interesting places to visit, such as Sorgente Bay, Citara Beach, Forio, and Sant'Angelo. I recommend dining at the agriturismo to admire the seascape, which is also clearly visible from the apartments. If we were to return to Ischia, this would be our first choice.
12/08/2025: The place is very family-friendly, with various rooms and beautiful views, but with some details that are lacking in maintenance. The service lacks empathy for new customers. It's a local restaurant where everyone already knows where to eat, but for tourists, they should offer options and recommendations about the restaurant. However, what we ordered (already recommended by other locals) was divine... excellent cuisine.
