Nelson's cafè In Diano marina

I was at this bar on Tuesday afternoon and I have to say that the guys and the girl are all three very kind, cordial, friendly, nice, and down to earth! (Just the kind of people I like!) They welcomed us very friendly and immediately put us at ease (I asked if we could use the restrooms before ordering and they were super helpful!!) Thank you, I'll be back soon! Greetings to all three and good work!! (By the way, you can really tell they love their job, and that makes them special!)

I'm celiac and always (and everywhere) have trouble finding a place where the aperitif is accompanied by a platter of GLUTEN-FREE products and appetizers. However, at Nelson Cafè this IS POSSIBLE! After I reported my celiac disease, the woman taking the order and the owner IMMEDIATELY MADE THEM AVAILABLE to accommodate my food intolerance. In a rather QUICK time, I was served the requested aperitif accompanied by a splendid and delicious platter of savory snacks, delicious rice cakes with various fillings and other simple but tasty treats. A sincere thank you to all the staff at Nelson Cafè in Diano Marina for the prompt service, for their courtesy, and above all FOR THE PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE with which they treated me—an example to be followed! RESTAURATEURS: Remember that for a celiac, avoiding certain foods and (politely) requesting other substitutes IS NOT A PERSONAL QUIZZ, nor is it a way to put you in trouble. For a celiac, IT IS A NECESSITY, because the most important thing is at stake: their health! So, when we tell you about our food intolerance, please don't turn up your nose, but react professionally and creatively like the NELSON CAFÉ staff!!!

The cocktail was good, but the appetizers were well below average, both in quality and quantity.

We stopped once while passing through, it seems like a good place, we just had a drink because we had to leave but I think it's worth stopping for an aperitif... maybe next time 👍👍👍👍

Excellent value for money! Several vegan breakfast options and a delicious soy cappuccino with plenty of foam.

A cozy little spot where you could sit forever in the evening. An almost overwhelming selection of different cocktails and spritzes. The ones we tried were all delicious. The price of €7 per spritz is a bit high, but the ambiance and the friendly, prompt staff easily make up for it. One point deducted because all the other guests got small tapas with their drinks, but we didn't. We didn't find any suitable dishes on the menu, so we just stuck with drinks. The restaurant is located on the pedestrian zone, so there's no parking. However, you can sit outside and watch the people strolling by.
