We were staying at the hotel where the restaurant is located and we ate there 3 nights. The food was excellent and varied. Very good wine and great service. Everything we had tasted good I especially loved the chicken dish and the appetizer of different veggies. We ate wot a couple we met at the hotel and they loved their food as well.

Location molto carina , personale cortese e buon menu , con carta dei vini abbastanza assortita . Il cibo è buono e molto ben presentato : molto apprezzata fave e cicoria e ceci e cime di rapa . Conto in fascia medio alta .

04/09/2024: We received a recommendation for dinner and were happy and satisfied. In this tavern next to the Church of Cristo Re, where a table was set for us, we ordered a substantial appetizer for two, Andria Martina Spilinga, based on smoked burrata from Andria, capocollo from Martina Franca and bruschetta bread from Spilinga. Two first courses, troccoli cacio e pepe with purple prawn tartare, and paccheri del sacristano, based on dried tomato cream, stracciatella with crunchy fans of Norcia bacon. The taste of the stracciatella mixed with the other ingredients made the dish tasty and positively dampened the first perception of having to deal with a dish that was too tasty. An artisanal lemon sorbet. The service was prompt and fast, the wait was limited, the bill was normal, due to the location of the restaurant and the quality of the dishes
