⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a wonderful experience at Negresco! The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, authentic, and beautifully presented. But what truly made our afternoon special was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The owner Federico personally checked on every table with such care and attention, making sure everyone was happy and enjoying their meal. You can really feel how much he values his customers. A special mention to Cristiano and the entire team. It’s rare to find a place that combines amazing food with such heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Rome!

Fine meal on our last night in Italy. My wife ordered the mixed salad and lasagne alla bolognese, I shared part of the salad and had the tonarelli cacio e Pepe. Simple pasta dishes, yes - but they were well prepared. Service very attentive. One advisory - they tilt strongly to gratuities in cash, not on a credit card, so if you like to leave a tip, do have some Euros at hand.

My wife & I literally just got back to our Airbnb from eating here & I have to say it was the best meal we have had in Rome thus far. I had the lasagna bolognaise & my wife had the Caprese Ravioli. While they both were excellent I have to say the ravioli may have been better. The service was excellent as well. We had a total of 3 glasses of wine, 2 entrees & 2 desserts and the total was less than 100 euros. This meal would have cost us well over $100 in the States. I highly recommend.

Not entirely happy with our visit to this restaurant. The melanzane from the mixed vegetables was undercooked, and the pasta from the Cacio e Pepe was dry and sticky. The tiramisu was fine. The tables outside were uncomfortably close to other guests. Fortunately it wasn't a problem with the staff to move inside.
