We ate some tapas at the table accompanied by a couple of glasses of wine. Very pleasant place, with a wide selection of wines from the peninsula but not only (very interesting selection of French ones). Unfortunately, given the amount of people present in the place, I believe the service suffered from efficiency and attention; although the tapas were good and there is nothing to complain about the wine, I find that customer care is important, just as avoiding charging costs for products requested at the table, but never served there, plays a significant role. Surely, if there is an opportunity we will try again, hoping for greater attention.

La sera di San Valentino ho avuto l’occasione di venire per la prima volta presso Nes e il riscontro è stato decisamente positivo. L’atmosfera era davvero molto piacevole, il servizio velocissimo e lo staff disponibile. Ho apprezzato molto lo stile dell’ambiente che ha reso la nostra esperienza ancora più piacevole oltre alle portate che sono state tutte di nostro gradimento, dai drink homemade al dolce finale. Piatti molto originali e sfiziosi, uno tira l’altro!!

Francesco is a true artist behind the counter! His passion for the craft can be seen in every cocktail he prepares: attention to detail, balanced flavors and always surprising. Every time I go to visit him, he manages to recommend the perfect drink for the moment. His professionalism, combined with friendliness, creates a unique atmosphere. Nécessaire" is an obligatory stop for anyone passing through Rimini and who loves properly made cocktails. We had the pleasure of trying the Americano Bellissimo and the Pop Punch from their drink list, and both were simply impeccable: balanced, technically perfect, with an attention to detail that left us speechless (but never empty!). Where to start from? Excellent welcoming staff and a guy who, while preparing the table, asks you how are you? (Beautiful) Very nice place even for a chaotic Saturday aperitif. Very interesting cuisine both in the classics and in the more creative dishes and excellent raw materials. The cellar is practically endless, I'll have to come back for the cocktails.
