Necessaire Cocktail Bistrot In Rimini

A very well-kept little place at the entrance to the centre of Rimini, an intimate place with attention to every detail. The cocktails are excellent, as is the service. We haven't tried the food, even though the dishes we saw looked exquisite. We will definitely be back to try the menu.

I went with a group of friends last night. The place looks nice, tidy, and clean. The bar service is good, but the food could use some updating. Since we were a large group, we ordered practically everything on the menu. The bruschetta wasn't bad, although the raw prawns could perhaps be replaced with something more "raw." The sandwich was nice and fits well with the concept of the place. I personally wouldn't eat the veal again; I didn't find it satisfying. The marinated zucchini salad was good. I would go back, and although booking isn't the easiest thing, I recommend using their reservation website, which is excellent and doesn't require a phone call. They aren't as smart on the phone as they appear to be in the place.

A place with soul and flavor: At Nécessaire, a fine selection meets warm hospitality. The natural wines and Prosecco are hand-picked – full of character and often surprisingly different. These are complemented by creative cocktails that are perfectly balanced – some classic, some with exciting twists. Particularly charming: the small, homemade snack, served with love. Not only is the quality top-notch here, but so is the feeling – as if you were a guest at a friend's house. An unreserved recommendation for connoisseurs and explorers!

The place is welcoming, with attention to detail, and the staff stands out for their friendliness and preparation, creating a pleasant atmosphere from the very first moment. 🥂 I started with a glass of bubbles, really well selected and pleasant to the palate. 🌮 As for food, I tried a taco with beef stew: the meat was exceptional in terms of softness and taste, even if slightly difficult to hold in your hand. To follow, a fried chicken sandwich (without caramelized onion, for personal taste) which turned out to be one of the best fried chicken sandwiches I have ever tried: juicy, tasty meat, perfectly cooked. 🍰 To conclude, a truly remarkable Basque cheesecake, creamy and well-balanced in flavors. 📍 It will definitely be a regular stop during my business trips to Rimini.
