Durante una vacanza a Cefalù ero in cerca di un buon ristorante di sushi in zona Duomo e questo Naka ci ha davvero stupiti. Aperto da poco, si distingue da tutti gli altri ristoranti di sushi per la qualità degli ingredienti, l'eleganza dell'impiattamento e l'innovazione dei piatti proposti. Non il solito sushi, torneremo sicuramente!

Unfortunately I forgot to take a photo of the best dish of the tasting, which for us was the nigiri. I recommend trying it because it is a tasty and beautifully told experience, in our case by the owner (we were lucky) who immediately convinced us to try it. I also loved the risotto served in the shell.

Sushi, edamame and co. were excellent. However, the service could be even better. There was no wine or drinks menu and the service staff were in an incredible hurry to clear away the items. Service can still learn more…

I went for sushi with my partner. We arrived late but they still "welcomed" us..but as soon as we sat down we almost felt embarrassed because in the restaurant it was just me and him and the waiters, in an annoying silence..not even a bit of music, nothing! Zero ambient…. We ate reasonably well, average in short! Very high receipt.. had we spent a pleasant evening in a nice à la carte sushi place I would have been fine with it.. but a series of things absolutely PRICE TOO HIGH. Have we caught the wrong night? I don't know but I won't go back again.

La crítica que estoy dando es principalmente para la comida. Fue excepcional, chef es muy creativo y sin duda sabe lo suyo. ¡Fantástico! 🤌 Para nada tradicionalmente siciliano pero cuando quieres algo diferente es muy muy buena comida. Aunque el personal de camareros era muy agradable, eran muy jóvenes y parecían inexpertos en el servicio al cliente! Lo único que le falta a este lugar es un “frente de casa” alguien que pueda dirigir y volará! Una vez más, elogios enormes para los chefs aquí 👍

Chef Kato and all the girls and the boy Seif at the service were impeccable. Well-studied dishes, delicate and intriguing combinations by the chef and exquisite kindness and punctuality by the dining room team. The location and the mise en place crown it all. Thank you all for this memorable experience.

16/03/2025: 1 filipina waitress great service.... but, the other waiters mostly guy there just like a robot. Just put my food without saying nothing. I am working in hospitality industry in the dining room. Miso soup no taste Food was good Gelato yummy.... Miso soup not great. Just learn to smile when you are serving to your guest.
13/03/2025: My experience was very pleasant, welcoming service, perhaps improving the cheerfulness of the staff a little to make the place more beautiful to see from those outside. I highly recommend adding something else to the design of the place, not that it is lacking but it seems that something else can be added that can be felt in Japan with their truly exquisite dishes which are very good, especially their urumaki rolls, the rice cooked to the right consistency in which you can feel every grain of rice when you taste their dishes. eight there are few choices compared to other places so push yourself to the maximum because you have high potential considering the area and above all the honest price

Zanga Sushi e Wok

15/02/2025: Four stars and not five because the "All you can Spritz" formula is good but the quality of the alcohol is extremely poor and the Spritz is clearly diluted with water! It's a shame because the sushi is particular and different from the usual.
29/01/2025: Io e il mio compagno abbiamo scelto la formula all you can spritz, a soli 15 euro a testa abbiamo potuto assaporare del sushi fantastico. Ottimo sushi, quantità perfetta, eccellente accompagnamento allo spritz per un aperitivo. Personale gentilissimo. E location intima e accogliente
