Vi consiglio di farci un salto e di provare queste granite paradisiache!! Non la solita granita acquosa e fatta con gli sciroppi. Questa è la vera granita!!! Se chiudi gli occhi sembra di essere, per un attimo, in Sicilia🤩 Favolosa anche la panna montata...Provatela! Il proprietario, Marcello, è veramente gentile e accogliente. Davvero complimenti!!!

I recommend you stop by and try these heavenly granitas!! Not the usual watery granita made with syrups. This is the real granita!!! If you close your eyes, it feels like you're in Sicily for a moment🤩 The whipped cream is also fabulous... Try it! The owner, Marcello, is truly kind and welcoming. Congratulations!

Siamo venuti a Crema da Messina per vistare amici che ci hanno sfidato a mangiare la granita perché buonissima. Con tanto scetticismo siamo andati e avevano ragione. È uguale uguale a quella nostra. Il pistacchio e la mandorla superano alcuni posti delle nostre parti per bontà e la brioscia è freschissima e leggera proprio come deve essere. Marcello il proprietario è una persona squisita e simpatica con cui abbiamo chiacchierato per quasi un'ora. Ci tornerò ogni volta che verrò a Crema, bellissima città

The granitas are literally fantastic, and you can taste the true flavor of the highest-quality fresh fruit. And when you eat the brioche with the granita, it feels like you've been transported to Sicily. And the owner, Marcello, is always kind, friendly, and professional! Highly recommended!

Palazzo Quaranta Hotel Ristorante

24/06/2025: I spent ten days in this 3-star hotel for work reasons and the experience was truly excellent from every point of view. The structure is clean, tidy and well organized, ideal for those seeking tranquility and functionality during a prolonged stay. The room was comfortable, quiet and always well cared for by the staff. The service was always punctual and courteous, with great attention to the needs of the guests. As far as I'm concerned, the real strong point of the hotel is the restaurant: a real pearl that made every evening a special moment. The cuisine is surprising, with dishes taken care of in detail, fresh ingredients and combinations that were never banal. Each course was able to amaze me, thanks to the expert hand of the chef, who transmits passion and competence in every dish. Another aspect that I particularly appreciated is the underground cellar, well stocked and cared for, which offers a truly remarkable selection of wines. The staff is prepared and can recommend the right combinations, making the culinary experience even more complete. The restaurant added value to the stay, transforming a business trip into a pleasant and satisfying experience, with attentive service and a relaxing atmosphere. A special thanks goes to Chef Maurizio, for his professionalism, passion and care that he puts into every dish. He made every dinner a little show. I highly recommend this structure for both professional stays and moments of relaxation. I will definitely return.
