N Restaurant by Novotel Milano Malpensa In Cardano al campo

They said that they had air conditioning when I booked my room but when I arrived they said that the A/C was off for the season. I then asked 4 different times for someone to come to our room to open the window as the room was stuffy and after repeated assurances it would be done it never happened. Room was small and plain. Aside for easy highway access this hotel has nothing to recommend it.

This a small well located airport hotel and ten minute drive from Malpensa, the temptation to use the Sheraton at Malpensa airport was dare I say it "tempting" but, the fifteen minutes to wait for the transfer and the speedy check-in at the Novotel was worth it. Friendly staff with a speedy check-in followed by a good evening meal was great. Good breakfast before we returned to Australia was also welcomed as was the speedy check out and transfer back to Malpensa. It's not big and fancy but offers good value for money!

Excellent breakfast. Room cleaning and hotel maintenance. There was a slight misunderstanding when ordering a shuttle to the airport, but overall, the service at reception was also good.

The hotel room was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom had a unique design—the door was divided into two sections :) There was even a separate tap near the closet, which I assume was meant for washing feet. Breakfast, however, was disappointing. I doubt Italians really eat cornflakes in the morning. The buffet was set up in a dark corner, and most of the items weren’t fresh; even the fruit came from jars. The only thing I enjoyed was the coffee. On the bright side, the gym was excellent—clean, modern, and equipped with new machines. Still, a couple of times while I was exercising, children wandered in and started playing with the equipment. The staff should definitely keep an eye on that in the future.

Wanted to thank Sara Greco the Guest Relations Manager for being so efficient and helpful. I wanted to organize a gift for friends staying at the hotel and she managed everything so well. I know where I’ll be staying when next in Milan!

Very convenient location for Milan Malpensa Airport. Convenient free parking. Spacious rooms, equipped with all amenities, and an excellent bathroom.
