Complete and quiet breakfast.
Clean and complete room.
We had a shower and a bathtub which was pretty nice.

Comfortable beds, reasonably good pool, mediocre breakfast, bathroom in desperate need of renovation. One has the impression that the hotel is slowly being left to decay. Broken toilet lid, non-working room cards, no working service, etc. It's a shame!
Symbolically, the E in Novotel probably hasn't worked for a month.

Tasteful, transit hotel, Novotel brand, with a swimming pool in the inner courtyard, just good for cooling off. Services and staff ok, I didn't pay much attention to the location, but towards the airport, so not necessarily towards the city center. Varied and satisfying breakfast.

Very good location next to Malpensa Airport, very friendly staff at front desk, extra facilities (pool and gym). Nice restaurant and breakfast. Shuttle service available from and to the airport.

A very nice and modern hotel. The rooms are well done. The location is very practical due to its proximity to Malpensa. There is also a swimming pool. The efficient service.

The location is close to the airport, clean, has a swimming pool and gym, and there is transportation to the airport for a fee of 5 euros per person.

Nothing to complain about with the room or the hotel overall but the elevators seemed really outdated and therefore didn't really give confidence. Furthermore, the breakfast was not as good as the Novotel standard. Damage !
