The restaurant is located in the heart of Caserta, in an elegantly modernized stone building. It's 300 meters from the center and within walking distance of the Royal Palace. It's not possible to arrive by car because it's in a restricted traffic zone; we recommend parking first.
▪SERVICE and STAFF: Rating 10/10.
The super friendly owner exudes a love for local culinary traditions. The service is impeccable, from the cleanliness of the glasses and plates to the attention to the table, and finally the promptness of the service. A silverware is never missing, and you can sense incredible customer care.
▪RESTAURANT - FOOD & DRINKS: Rating 9/10.
The traditional Campania dishes, revisited with a modern twist, are very tasty and showcase all the local flavors. We ate (i) the four garden appetizers, with parmigiana, an escarole flan, a chestnut shortcrust pastry with lentils and celery, and a shortcrust pastry with spinach and chard. Truly special! (iii) A pacchero pasta with swordfish, olives, pine nuts, Vesuvius cherry tomatoes, and raisins, very good. (ii) And a buffalo mozzarella stew that was a spectacle!
▪PRICE: 9/10: The price is reasonable, and you can tell the place is very well-kept. Even the bathrooms are super clean and meticulously maintained.
▪AMBIENCE, ATMOSPHERE, DESIGN: 10/10.
The place is very well-kept, from elegance to cleanliness. The place features very pompous eighteenth-century frames as well as the chandeliers, harmoniously mixed with modern minimal tables and chairs. Adequate background music, very quiet room, with a perfect temperature. Light blue, golden, stone and jute colours.

The owner is super kind and conveys a love for local culinary tradition. Impeccable service, from the cleanliness of glasses and plates to the care of the table, ending with the promptness of service. Not a single utensil is ever missing, and you can feel an incredible care for the customer.

Dishes from the Campanian tradition, but revisited with a modern twist in presentation, are very tasty and highlight all the local flavors. We ate (i) the four garden appetizers, with parmigiana, a scarole flan, a shortcrust pastry with chestnuts, lentils, and celery, and a shortcrust pastry with spinach and chard. Truly unique! (iii) A pacchero with swordfish, olives, pine nuts, Vesuvius cherry tomatoes, and raisins—very good. (ii) And a buffalo stew that turned out to be a real pleasure!

The venue is very refined, from the elegance to the cleanliness. The space features ornate 18th-century frames as well as chandeliers, harmoniously mixed with minimalist modern tables and chairs. Appropriate background music, very quiet atmosphere, with perfect temperature. Light sky blue, gold, stone, and jute colors.
