Muye In Bressanone

The food is always very good, but you always have a lot of stress eating because they throw someone out while you're still eating.

Il Ristorante Muye è assolutamente consigliato! Anna, la proprietaria, e tutto lo staff sono molto cordiali e il servizio è veloce. Il locale è pulito e curato, le stoviglie hanno un aspetto elegante e di qualità. Il cibo è eccellente e molto gustoso. È il mio ristorante cinese preferito a Bressanone – ci tornerò sicuramente!

The Muye Restaurant is absolutely recommended! Anna, the owner, and all the staff are very friendly and the service is fast. The place is clean and well-kept, the crockery has an elegant and quality appearance. The food is excellent and very tasty. It's my favorite Chinese restaurant in Bressanone – I'll definitely be back!

I think the dishes here are very good, but I find it misleading to call the menu "All you can eat" if you can only order 6 dishes.

Very tasty sushi with a lot of choice. Sashimi, rice and noodles were also very good and of high quality.

I made dozens of sushi rolls into my eating board at the All You Can Eat until my deli vault pushed the textile fibers of my shirt out. On the way home I was glad that I wasn't shot with harpoons. I would indulge in such foelling again!

First, I want to explain the restaurant's method. This is not a traditional all you can eat, as you are only allowed to order eight portions IN ALL. However, the generosity of the portions is such that, despite my large appetite, I only managed to consume six and cancel the remaining ones (a gunkam is three times the size of the normal one, and not because there is an abundance of rice! Even the sushi is triple the size , in proportion to understand). In this sense, the experience is comparable to an all you can eat. Furthermore, if you wish to expand the available options, simply order one or two additional boats, thus eliminating the limitation of choice. Having tried all the sushi and now being a true expert, a sushi sommelier, I affirm that this restaurant is the best in the entire Trentino-Alto Adige. The quality of the sushi is exceptional, characterized by very fresh fish without fat and rice with a rich flavour. In particular, I appreciated the care taken in seasoning the philadelphia, positively differentiating it from other culinary experiences, such as those offered by Sushiamo (rovereto). In conclusion, I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone who wants to enjoy high quality sushi in a welcoming environment and with impeccable service!
