Last night together with my husband and a couple of friends we enjoyed the delicacies in this beautiful, welcoming environment and the dishes were nothing short of sublime. It's one of the places to always keep in mind! Well done!

Ottimo locale in mezzo ai colli sopra Udine. Ben ristrutturato, mantenendo la struttura tipica del mulino. Si può andare a mangiare o solo a bere un buon bicchiere di vino. Abbiamo pranzato assaggiando piatti tipici friulani, consiglierei il frico e i famosi cjarcjons (di solito non mi piacciono perché hanno troppe "erbe" nell'impasto, ma questi invece erano piu delicati). Ampia scelta di vini della zona.

Not a bad place, quite typical and rustic, but the food is absolutely normal. The first courses are below average and the meat is good.

Really good rib, matured well and served on a salt plate to keep it warm until the last bite. Very welcoming place, friendly staff

Sono andata per la prima volta in questa trattoria. Ricavata da un vecchio mulino la location è accogliente e calda, le sale da pranzo di trovano al piano superiore. Abbiamo preso gli gnocchi di zucca, un tortino di zucca e crema di formaggi e i cjarsons alle erbe al burro e ricotta affumicata, abbiamo poi aggiunto il frico con patate e polenta e gli spinaci al burro. Tutto era ottimo e con ingredienti selezionati. Il consiglio che posso dare al ristoratore è di mettere 4 cjarsons nella porzione; anche se nutrienti tre pezzi sono un po' pochi. Comunque da tornare perchè è stata una cena piacevole e molto buona.

29/12/2024: Very positive experience. Good, plentiful dishes and honest prices. The chestnut tortellini are excellent, as is the wild boar ragù. The tiramisu was not excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. Even though we preferred to book, the place is really big. We will definitely be back.
08/12/2024: Beautiful place with typical Friulian cuisine, abundant and very good dishes.
