Beautiful historic location. Beautiful, comfortable and functional room, wonderful view of the Alps. Super friendly owner. For breakfast, they make a fantastic cake and their yogurt is delicious!

We only spent one night at this hotel, but it was a beautiful and evocative experience. The old mill has been meticulously renovated and still retains its original machinery. The location is a bit remote from the town, but still ideal for exploring the Canavese area. Comfortable room. Excellent dinner at the restaurant. Pleasant breakfast. The manager and wait staff were very friendly. Overall, a truly positive experience.

16/11/2025: The food is good quality, the staff is friendly and helpful. My only constructive criticism is that the prices are a bit high. Be more thoughtful about the dishes... with pairings... e.g., grilled octopus... maybe add a couple of baked potatoes.
07/11/2025: Ideal place for those with children, especially the lower level where there's a children's area. Visited on a Saturday when there was entertainment. Very friendly staff, good food. Recommended.

11/11/2025: A great off-season experience! During a time when it's hard to find open restaurants, this place was a pleasant discovery. We tried crispy mushrooms (good), cheese gnocchi (very good), and penne (flavor okay, but the pasta was a bit overcooked). For dessert, we had bunet and coffee. The house wine (½ liter) was good. Recommended for a simple and tasty stop!
