We went to the Mulin Visconti to celebrate my birthday and I must say that there could not have been a more appropriate choice, the evening was very pleasant!
First we were given a small tour of the wonderful garden with orchard and vegetable garden, where all the vegetables are grown and then served at the table, and then we sat down to enjoy the tasting menu.
The dishes are balanced to perfection and the harmony of flavors leaves you speechless. To think that all the dishes offered are vegan is truly surreal.
At the table there were mostly omnivorous people and I was left speechless by the goodness of all the dishes, certainly the lack of animal derivatives was not felt.
It was a real journey into taste to discover ever new combinations with attention to the smallest details, guided by the precious descriptions of Angelo and Felice whom I thank for making the entire dinner so special.
We highly recommend this experience and can't wait to return.

Sunday lunch with family. Excellent culinary experience and particular attention to detail in the preparation of vegan dishes. We also had the opportunity to visit the vegetable garden and the garden as the herbs and vegetables are grown here at zero km. Compliments!

Buongiorno a tutti, vi segnalo una vera chicca che si trova nella campagna attorno a #Castelleone in provincia di Cremona, quindi in Lombardia.
Si chiama Mulin Visconti Agriturismo ed è una meraviglia.
Angelo Domaneschi è il grande chef, lo definirei un alchimista che si diverte ad unire ingredienti con passione e con amore e tutto traspare nel sapore delle sue creazioni. Poi c'è Felice, fine sommelier e Orto Maker, tutte le verdure, le marmellate, insomma, tutte le delizie che offrono, vengono dal loro orto.
La casa è meravigliosa, ovunque ti cada l'occhio vedi armonia ed eleganza, non c'è nulla al caso, tutto, anche i piccoli dettagli sono curati e studiati.
Noi abbiamo avuto il grande privilegio di poter condividere la cena in loro compagnia, un crescendo di prelibatezze condite da una piacevole conversazione. Ogni portata viene raccontata da Angelo mentre Felice si occupa degli ottimi vini in abbinamento.
Non è solo una cena, è un'esperienza sensoriale che soddisfa ogni piacere.
Grazie Angelo e grazie Felice, siamo stati divinamente e torneremo presto.

Good morning everyone, I would like to point out a real gem that is found in the countryside around #Castelleone in the province of Cremona, therefore in Lombardy.
It's called Mulin Visconti Agriturismo and it's a marvel.
Angelo Domaneschi is the great chef, I would define him as an alchemist who enjoys combining ingredients with passion and love and everything shines through in the flavor of his creations. Then there is Felice, fine sommelier and Garden Maker, all the vegetables, the jams, in short, all the delicacies they offer, come from their garden.
The house is wonderful, wherever your eye falls you see harmony and elegance, there is nothing by chance, everything, even the small details are taken care of and studied.
We had the great privilege of being able to share dinner in their company, a crescendo of delicacies seasoned with pleasant conversation. Each course is narrated by Angelo while Felice takes care of the excellent matching wines.
It's not just a dinner, it's a sensory experience that satisfies every pleasure.
Thanks Angelo and thanks Felice, we had a wonderful time and will be back soon.
