Niente da dire! Il ristorante si trova nel centro storico in un punto molto bello che offre la possibilità di cenare con una splendida vista sul mare. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Il menù è ampio e particolare, una nota di merito per il primo piatto ajo olio peperoncino e gambero rosso, piatto davvero delizioso che ci ha colpiti molto. I prezzi sono in linea con quelli di Sperlonga, sicuramente consiglierei il ristorante e di certo tornerò a provare altri piatti!

Local located in the main street of SPERLONGA from whose terrace you can admire a beautiful landscape. The service is fast, precise and courteous, however I found it a little cold and detached, a little more warmth wouldn't be bad. The menu is essentially based on fish, excellent starters, prawns with watermelon bisque ("naked and raw") and tuna tartare with mango ("mango per dream"). The first dish based on sea urchins and drops of nduja was disappointing (“every sea urchin a whim”) and was somewhat lacking in flavour. The catch of the day, however, is good, namely the red tuna and the grilled scampi. In this last regard, I must point out that 5 scampi, certainly good and nice big, cost 50 euros. Fish is expensive, especially if it is quality, but I found this price a little excessive, and since it was off the menu it wasn't even indicated. Our fault, when you ask for a dish off the menu, it's always better to ask the cost first (since it's rarely a precaution that restaurateurs have). Extensive wine list, with mark-ups which I still consider acceptable, given the location. Final price 75 euros each for three people, for two courses and dessert, the price includes 50 euros for scampi and 42 euros for wine. Ultimately, lights and shadows.

Locale situato nel corso principale di SPERLONGA dalla cui terrazza si ammira un bellissimo paesaggio. Il servizio è veloce, preciso e cortese, però l’ho trovato un po’ freddo e distaccato, un po’ di calore in più non sarebbe male. Il menù è essenzialmente a base di pesce, ottimi gli antipasti , gamberi con bisque di anguria (“nudi e crudi”) e tartare di tonno con il mango (“mango per sogno”). Il primo piatto a base di ricci di mare e gocce di nduja deludente (“ogni riccio un capriccio”), era alquanto privo di sapori. Buono invece il pescato del giorno, ossia il tonno rosso e la grigliata di scampi. A questo ultimo proposito, devo rilevare che 5 scampi, sicuramente buoni e belli grossi, sono costati 50 euro. Il pesce costa, soprattutto se di qualità, ma ho trovato questo prezzo un po’ eccessivo, peraltro essendo fuori carta neppure era indicato. Colpa nostra, quando si chiede un piatto fuori menù, è sempre meglio chiedere prima il costo (visto che raramente è una accortezza che i ristoratori hanno). Carta dei vini ampia, con ricarichi che comunque ritengo accettabili, visto la location. Prezzo finale 75 euro a testa per tre persone, per due portate e dolce, sul prezzo incidono i 50 euro per gli scampi e i 42 euro per il vino. In definitiva, luci ed ombre.

Lovely place. Excellent service. Very good food. Very high price. Dinner for two people: 2 coca zero - 1 octopus appetizer - 2 second fish of the day (€30 per person) - 2 coffees. €116 The food was absolutely delicious but the second courses e.g. they were accompanied by some mixed salad (described on the menu as wild herbs but it was nothing more than salad in a bag with a bit of lemon). I recommend the place but not for the price!

I had dinner in this place with my wife on 07.18.2024. Amazing location, curated menu and great flavours. Honest account, very friendly staff. Super recommended.

Let's start from the fact that we are in Sperlonga, that is, in a reality where parking costs €3 an hour, everywhere, even if you park far from the center, so there is nothing cheap in this wonderful town. Now having said the premise, let's come to the Mudejar restaurant, breathtaking views, refined dishes, excellent products, captivating presentations, prices in line with Sperlonga. Booking is essential, very colorful and tasty appetizers, presented very carefully. Interesting reinterpretation of the first courses, such as amatriciana or carbonara. Good choice also among the second courses. Very rich wine list. Prices for a dinner for 5, with 4 starters, 2 first courses and 3 second courses, with two bottles of wine, coffee and bitters €330.

We stopped by chance and luckily there was a little place for two... the manager and the staff were very kind, all the service was good and fast, the appetizers were good and plentiful, one flaw with the amatriciana seemed to be reheated and probably it was because it tasted burnt but overall I recommend it, the price is not low but in line with the rest of the restaurants in Sperlonga...

Good restaurant, only a little soft garlic oil pasta, not very spicy and red. For the rest all good with all our best encouragement...

This excellent restaurant in the center of Sperlonga was recommended to us and we really liked it. Friendly and helpful staff, unique and delicious food.
