Nice place in the central area a stone's throw from Viale XX Settembre. Very nice environment with gothic colours. Very generous portions at low prices. Welcoming, helpful and friendly staff. Advised.

Um pub com um ambiente muito bom. Cervejas bem tiradas, atendimento atencioso. Porções fartas e bem preparadas, deliciosas… Um ponto desfavorável: no verão, ambiente muito quente: um só ventilador de teto e um pequeno ar-condicionado desligado…

Excellent hard rock-metal style pub. Super sandwiches, delicious chips and beers. Excellent value for money. Nice environment even if small (better to book). Tiramisu and service could be improved.

Al Tormento

25/08/2024: Good and well stuffed hamburger sandwich. Good draft beers of various types. The only flaw is that the stairs are not well lit. The kind owner found us two seats despite having many reservations.
23/08/2024: Top sandwich shop! One of the few remaining top level in Trieste. Huge sandwiches, prices lower than average. The menu is also more varied than in the past. Fantastic cheese, super bread and wow chips. It's just a shame that they don't do takeaway due to lack of staff.

08/07/2024: Unfortunately it became quite expensive. €7.00 for a 1/8 Friulano is simply too expensive. There are restaurants in Trieste that also serve wines from the region, where the price-performance ratio is much better.
