Amazing pizza, arancini and gnocchi! We’ve been two days on the trot during our stay in Salerno. Excellent value. The service is brilliant too. All round 5 stars.

A restaurant just steps from the sea in Salerno's Mercatello neighborhood. Takeout is probably the best option, but they also have indoor and outdoor seating. In any case, I had the crocche and arancini (all fried foods are gluten-free), and despite a bit of a wait, they were extremely good. What really earned it 5 stars, however, is the value for money. Arancini and crocche for €1 in a world where €1 doesn't buy anything anymore are something to be treasured. I hope they continue to be appreciated.

A simple, unpretentious pizzeria. Good-quality pizza and ingredients. They also offer other dishes. Large, comfortable outdoor space. Fair prices.

Excellent pizzeria, very friendly pizza chef. Fair prices, five of us sitting at a covered table, water, soft drinks, an appetizer of five mixed croquettes and medium fries, along with five different pizzas and a cover charge. I paid €53, and considering we're on a beach. I challenge you to find better! Great ❤️

On the Salerno seafront, just steps from the sea, is this Mr. Krokke's pizzeria and rotisserie, where you can enjoy a delicious pizza made with quality ingredients and their specialty croquettes, available from any menu item and made fresh. The prices aren't bad, but they're not available on the flyer. Anyway, we'll be back for the croquettes! 🙂

Some friends of mine and I often come here after school. Excellent value for money, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area and want a great pizza or other tasty treat at a good price.

05/12/2025: I had the classic carbonate, it was o.k. my friend had the special of the day. That was the artichoke with squid. It was acceptable. It's conveniently located to the market. We didn't have to wait for a table. The server spoke both Italian and French.
23/11/2025: When we arrived, the restaurant was practically full. We were shown a table, unset, with just a glass and a can of soda. They quickly put down a placemat, but without cleaning the table at all. I had to wipe up the crumbs myself. Not great. We simply ordered a platter of Italian charcuterie and a plate of fries. The charcuterie was just either cooked or prosciutto, and the fries were soggy, lukewarm, and unsalted (there was no salt shaker on the table). So we went to get dessert elsewhere. Very disappointed, despite the owner being kind and speaking French.
