Too bad about the bacon in the carbonara... the rest was ok!!! very good slice of bread, also a very colorful salad... we'll be back soon

07/09/2024: Establishment fully stocked with everything and more Exceptional restaurant, fair prices for what we set, offers kind, polite and professional staff
03/09/2024: We were only guests at the restaurant and we really liked it! We were given a lot of different tasty things to try and drinks from the bar, so we booked a table for lunch. The service was very good, it was very comfortable to sit at the table, not hot, as there was a breeze.

04/01/2025: Top! Highly recommended! We ate all fish, excellent wines, top service and staff.
17/11/2024: Pergola's cuisine never disappoints...my palate is always enriched with new emotions, today I ate a first course that left me astounded; the combination of black cabbage, a classic autumnal dish of the Tuscan tradition, with prawn tartare, more typical of the coastal areas.
