Weekly fixed-menu lunch. Quick, wide selection, high quality, and a location that takes you back in time. It's one of those places you'd eat lunch at every day, reminding you of the trattorias of yesteryear. A first and second course of your choice from a variety of options (there's always at least four per course), a side dish, water, and dessert (they have at least two-thirds of the house specialty)....all for €13. Considering the good quality of what I ate, I can say I've discovered a little gem.

Pesto isn't real pesto. Your answer is fine for someone who isn't from Genoa... not for a Genoese. Yours is diluted pesto. Period!

It's still the same trattoria/restaurant as always. Genoese cuisine, a wide variety of first courses, second courses, side dishes, and desserts. Good bulk wine or labeled bottles. Fast and friendly service. And as always. Plenty of parking in the area and easy to find. Call a day in advance to reserve, it's best.
