MOOD Asian Food Factory In Cremona

This restaurant is a great place for sushi lovers. The food is delicious and tasty and the service is really fast. There is a fixed fee for dinner and you may order and eat as much as you want. We were so happy with this place that we visited it two times. I highly recommend it for asian food lovers.

It was like being a tiger at the zoo. It was a strange experience, let's say. I walk in and they look at me like I'm the Ghost of Christmas Past. I say, "Good morning, are you open yet?" Since it was 12 o'clock, no response. I ask again, they still stare at me without saying anything. After a while, another waiter comes and asks me what I want. I reply, "Food, are you open?" He stares at me. Okay... I repeat the sentence and he points to the tables. I tell him I'm alone. He leads me to an area and stares at me again. I choose a table at random since apparently it's self-service. I order the food, it arrives relatively quickly, but it's a lot of rice and not much substance. Qualitatively, there are worse places, but way too much rice. Every time the waiter comes to bring something, I thank him and never get a response. On the other hand, they continue to stare at me. I bought just a couple of things, and after less than half an hour I went to pay: "Good morning!" the person at the cash register also ignored me. I paid and said "Have a nice day." Strangely, she responded to me, too. Now, I don't know what the problems are with the people who work there, but this is the first time I've ever been treated this way. It was disturbing. I understand the rudeness of not responding to anything. They may have all been shy, but this is bordering on ridiculous. Paid 16 euros without a drink.

Clean atmosphere. Friendly and always helpful staff. Excellent option to order with your tablet whenever you want without having to wait for a waiter. They deliver the dishes you request fairly quickly. Drinks are reasonably priced. Filtered bottled water is available, not a specific brand. It's a shame that sometimes the tablet shows the food as delivered even though it never actually reached the table. Lunch prices are in line with the industry standard. Ample parking.

Our expectations were high knowing the chain but we were disappointed... it is certainly not part of the mood that we have already visited in Verona and Bergamo

In my opinion, one of the best all-you-can-eat restaurants in Cremona. I often go here with my girlfriend, and we always leave satisfied and full. Friendly staff, plenty of parking, and clean premises.

I stopped at this restaurant for dinner during a trip. Fast service, friendly and helpful staff. Prices were average for an all-you-can-eat option, which I don't usually like, but I must say the food was good and well-prepared. Parking was no problem, just 1.5 km from the highway exit.

I really liked it. They don't limit the serving size like most Japanese restaurants. The food is good, especially the salmon! I'd remove the background music; it ends up being annoying!
