A very interesting place with a super modern approach to flavors. I had one of the best pizzas I've ever had. The array of flavors is incredibly positive. I highly recommend it. A culinary powerhouse.

I tried the pizza and the montanare. The pizza was very good, with a really light dough. I also had the crust! Perhaps a pinch more salt wouldn't have hurt. Anyway, it's possible.

22/02/2026: A casual restaurant that also caters to those with food allergies. You can choose from classic Roman cuisine to seafood and pizza. There's a good selection of meats. The fried supplì are excellent, and the pizzas are easy to digest and well-seasoned. The desserts are delicious, including panna cotta, cheesecake, tiramisu, and crème brulee. Very attentive and friendly staff. Excellent value.
