The excellent quality of the products and the helpfulness of the staff are the hallmarks of this place. Everything is truly delicious and beautiful to look at. They catered to children's tastes, which was very important to us. The place is located in a traffic-free square, perfect for children to run around and play happily. Recommended!

Years ago, I left a justifiably complimentary review, summed up as 5/5 ☆. Then came the huge disappointment... in two ways. I'm certainly not influenced by "grimaces and coaxing" and fake "thanks," but a restaurant staff must have a basic level of courtesy and affability (even if feigned, if you will). If you have to be treated like **trash** by a girl who's probably not even 18 and thinks she's Miss World (disdaining ordinary humans... haha), or scorned by the owner who, **in winter and with the place empty**, stands at the cash register for a few minutes while the pizza chef keeps calling him and telling him that the only pizza he made at that moment is ready, and then see it delivered "sulkily" and already semi-cold as if you'd done him a disservice, even an excellent pizza is no longer a pleasure to be enjoyed, but an experience to be forgotten. Then there's the fact that, out of many pizzas purchased (almost all takeout), we called them only once to report that one was completely ruined, expecting them to do as we've always seen at quality restaurants (offering a free pizza next time). We were asked questions worthy of a police interrogation about "how," "why," and "Why didn't you bring it back," which left us astonished. We're among adults, and we were (we were, better said, the past tense) customers. We'd have expected anything but that "evidence" would be requested, and that by politely and calmly reporting a problem, we'd receive a reaction full of distrust, suspicion, and a lack of helpfulness. How could anyone believe we wanted to steal a pizza?! In short... sometimes, even between business owners and customers, we're not "made for each other," and this was one of those cases. I recommend the pizza; it's very good... except when the chef gets distracted and ruins a few (which only happened once, on a single pizza). Among other merits, they are among the very few who use flour that can be called flour and not "a strange whitish powder": so much so that when choosing between different flours, you'll notice a real difference in taste.

We knew this pizzeria by reputation and couldn't wait to try it, recommended by some colleagues and friends. I must say we were pleasantly surprised: the dough was absolutely perfect, with a lightness that's hard to find elsewhere, beyond any expectations, very light, and with top-notch ingredients; excellent value for money. The menu offers a series of unique and interesting combinations of ingredients. The only flaw, and not a small one, is the excessive price of the drinks, compared to the average: for example, a 1-liter bottle of Coca-Cola costs five euros; honestly, it seems excessive, at the very least unjustified.

The pizzas are excellent; they're the best we've ever eaten in our lives! We had the mortadella pizza, a recipe you can't find in France, which is excellent served with burrata. The servers were also very friendly. Plus, the prices are really attractive.

Place discovered by chance while looking for a pizzeria in Alcamo on the Internet. A beautiful discovery. Nice welcoming place, friendly and helpful staff. Delicious pizzas with special doughs. Dessert not only aesthetically pleasing but also good. Super positive experience. Prices normal.
