With great surprise I found a curly blonde lady at the checkout who made my visit to the store very pleasant. Very kind and suggested a reading that I am finding very pleasant because he saw me buying a book from an author who was advertising his novel. Usually shopping at this store is very sterile and impersonal, but this time it was a truly unique and pleasant experience. Maybe the trend is changing! Congratulations for this great improvement

Excellent choice of Crime Books..the only flaw is the staff.. It's already the second time that the staff have been absurdly unpleasant and rude. Ps. Mrs. Bionda who is always there at the register is the only one who interacts with the customer nicely. On Sunday morning the colleague who served me looked at her with contempt, serving me by throwing the books into the envelope which she split and obviously handed me over without saying goodbye.

I would say a good combination between viewing book titles... purchasing them and enjoying a coffee at the dedicated tables. Quiet place, unempathetic staff, little variety of classics, unintuitive layout but it still remains a place worth visiting.

04/09/2024: The restaurant/pizzeria for all occasions: informal or business with an environment in which light, space and music are the key words. Very helpful staff. Always high quality food. Very digestible, thin and crunchy pizzas. A great place to enjoy great food. Highly recommended.
26/08/2024: Excellent pizza, thin, soft, light and fragrant on the edges, impeccable service. There are also special Kamut Khorason and Gluten Free doughs

13/06/2024: Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüsst. Da das Restaurant noch nicht offen war, konnten wir den Aperitif in der Bar bestellen. Das Servierpersonal ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. Wir bestellten Risotto und Schnitzel milanese. Beides war ausgezeichnet. Wenn wir das nächste Mal in Mailand sind kommen wir wieder.
27/02/2024: As we were staying at the Armani Hotel for 4 nights, we had lunch and dinner at the Armani Caffe 3 times. It is difficult to get a table without a reservation but on each occasion we managed to get in. The Menu is not extensive, I would have liked a few more typtical italian dishes [variety of pasta dishes], but what they had was just about adequate. The food was very good and the service on each occasion excellent. I see from some reviewers on this forum that they complain about the service. I guess it also depends a bit on your attitude, show grace and friendlyness, and you are almost guaranteed to get the same back as well. We certainly had no issues with waiters or waitresses on any of the 3 visits, service was outstanding. We will certainly be back when visiting Milan the next time. The Armani Caffe is highly reommended.
