Restaurant inside the ducal palace, refined environment. Polite and welcoming staff are very attentive to making guests feel good. Traditional cuisine, appetizer with more than the right portions, excellent parmigiana, meatballs with meat sauce. Excellent first courses with cacio e pepe and tubettone potatoes and prawns. The meat on the lava stone is tender and tasty!!! Delicious tiramisu and cannoli!!! We will return.

We had a really enjoyable evening at the Moles restaurant. The elegant atmosphere, delicious food and impeccable service made our dinner an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy true Italian cuisine in a unique and evocative setting Great selection of wines.

Refined environment, impeccable hospitality, internally composed of: a small tastefully furnished coffee room, a large room (reminiscent of grandmother's dining room), with a long and beautiful wooden table where you can share a lunch with family or friends, the other even larger room where you can spend an event such as a birthday, baptism, but also an intimate dinner. High quality food, prepared with taste and elegance.

Location: Ristorante situato in un palazzo ducale. Al suo interno vediamo un arredamento molto elegante sul verde, colore che a me rilassa molto, a noi è stata riservata una sala privata con un’unica tavolata da 10 persone circa. Servizio: il personale è stato molto accogliente e professionale nel servirci e nella spiegazione del loro menù. Cibo: Il menù prevedeva sia uno che si poteva fare in condivisione con tutti, scegliendo così per tutte le medesime cose ( fatto apposta per agevolare lo chef ) e poi invece il solito sistema alla carta, noi abbiamo preferito fare alla carta. Come antipasto abbiamo preso delle polpette di manzo che erano molto squisite, tanto è che si scioglievano in bocca. Come carne, abbiamo preso sia una costata sia un controletto, la prima l’ho preferita al controfiletto ( entrambi erano però molto buone con cottura al sangue ) i contorni sono stati delle zucchine alla scapace e delle patate al forno e un bel calice di vino rosso. Infine alcuni hanno preso il dolce. Conto: credevo venisse molto di più di quanto è effettivamente venuto.

Ho trascorso, in questo splendido e suggestivo locale, un cinquantesimo compleanno. I proprietari sono ottimi padroni di casa… cordiali, accoglienti e professionali. Cibo di altissima qualità… esperienza culinaria che ha ampiamente soddisfatto le nostre papille gustative. Interessante anche la cena conviviale… vi consiglio vivamente di provarlo
