Beautifully landscaped with palm trees. Older but very clean restrooms. Delicious pizza. Perfect view of Mount Etna. 2 minutes to the beach.

The campsite is beautifully situated between palm trees and on green grass, something you rarely find in Sicily. You also have a great view of Mount Etna. The restaurant is also highly recommended.

Fantastic location below Mount Etna.
The country road passes in front of the entrance with little traffic in April 2025. Beyond the road is the endless pebble beach.
All necessary service facilities for motorhomes available. Water on site.
Unfortunately, the washing facilities and toilets without glasses are getting old. Shower only with chip.

Unfortunately, the facilities are very old and seem quite run down, but they were clean.
No hot water at the sinks, we didn't even use the showers, we were only there one night.

Beach = garbage dump. It's a shame, but Etna is quite nice. 5 stars for the room as it was our own camper.

We were here at the beginning of April. The site itself is very nicely designed, and the view of Mount Etna is also breathtaking.
The restrooms are showing their age, especially the showers. You need tokens to shower. There's a pizzeria on site, but I can't comment on that; we always ate out.

The site is clean and well-maintained; we particularly loved the location and the view of Mount Etna. The restrooms are thoroughly cleaned daily, although the number of available toilets and showers may be limited during the season. The restaurant is busy on weekends (mostly locals), and there was even karaoke on Saturday evening. The owners are friendly and easy-going. The included excursion to Mount Etna was worth every cent...and our four-legged friend was welcome to come along too. There are several peschiera (fishing shops) near the harbor that offer excellent fish and seafood. There's also a supermarket, a greengrocer, and a bakery, as well as several restaurants and bars.

A great, small campsite right by the beach, with a stunning view of the majestic Mount Etna! It’s the perfect base for exploring Catania, Syracuse, or Savoca, and the whole place has a peaceful, laid-back vibe – lots of greenery and very friendly, helpful staff. There’s an on-site restaurant serving delicious coffee, homemade pasta, and wood-fired pizza – all at very reasonable prices.
The biggest downsides? The showers are coin-operated (€0.70 for 3 minutes), and there’s no hot water in the dishwashing area or bathroom sinks. Both the sanitary facilities and the washing area are in urgent need of renovation.
But if you’re lucky – like we were – you might get to witness Etna erupting in the evening, shooting lava into the sky. A truly unforgettable sight!

Very dated but clean. Here and there unkempt spots on the grounds which makes it look neglected. Nice view of Etna though. Fine for a few nights. Nice bread service. Shower system is not convenient. Beach dirty with dirt from the sea.
