Mokambo In Mascali

I don't understand the bad reviews. The restrooms are cleaned very frequently, and you never had to wait, even when the site was busy. Beautiful natural site, where there are, of course, ants, completely safe, haha. The restaurant is very good and inexpensive. All the staff are very friendly. We'd be happy to come back.

Rooms are the camper spots. Friendly, good service and a nice explanation for visiting Etna

It was uncomplicated and a relaxed atmosphere. The price was pretty fair. It's simple but that's exactly what we wanted. I was there in April and can recommend it.

Decent campsite. We stayed 4 nights in April. Clean toilets. Excellent cuisine in the restaurant inside the campsite. Courteous and hospitable staff. Hot showers for a fee.

The place is clean, well shaded. Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities are very old and therefore appear dirty. There are only 3 showers for men and women for the entire place, hot water has to be paid for. The attached restaurant is very good.

The campsite is beautifully situated between palm trees and on green grass, something you rarely find in Sicily. You also have a great view of Mount Etna. The restaurant is also highly recommended.

Fantastic location below Mount Etna. The country road passes in front of the entrance with little traffic in April 2025. Beyond the road is the endless pebble beach. All necessary service facilities for motorhomes available. Water on site. Unfortunately, the washing facilities and toilets without glasses are getting old. Shower only with chip.

Beach = garbage dump. It's a shame, but Etna is quite nice. 5 stars for the room as it was our own camper.

Unfortunately, the facilities are very old and seem quite run down, but they were clean. No hot water at the sinks, we didn't even use the showers, we were only there one night. Pitches are okay.
