We go there fairly regularly, always with the "usual couple of friends," and we've never had any surprises.
It's the only all-you-can-eat restaurant I frequent. Let's just say it's a sure thing.

Pleasant, very refined and elegant atmosphere. It's a shame it doesn't reflect the quality of the staff and the food. The waiters were inattentive and not very friendly. They brought us fewer dishes, and we also didn't appreciate the olive oil on each course, which I think was out of place. The manager at the cashier was rude. Therefore, the atmosphere raises expectations, but doesn't reflect reality. The dinner costs are exorbitant.

A truly excellent experience, even on a Sunday!
The sushi was high-quality and very tasty. Special thanks to the waitress, who was kind and knowledgeable in recommending the right dishes, making the lunch even more enjoyable.
Attentive and fast service. Plus, the manager (?) offered us a complimentary liqueur at the cash register, a simple but truly appreciated gesture that makes all the difference. We'll definitely be back!

Eight of us went for dinner, choosing the all-you-can-eat option. The restaurant is generally average for this type of restaurant in the city. The raw fish, like the rest of the menu, is just average—not excellent, but not terrible either.
We went to Mode and loved it. The place is modern and elegant, with a relaxed atmosphere. The sushi is fresh, flavorful, and features original combinations. The hot dishes, like the ramen and other specialties, are also very good. The service is fast and friendly, with no stress. An excellent place in Bari for those seeking true quality.
