Excellent artisanal workmanship: balanced flavor of vanilla and sugar with an excellent combination of the crunchiness and crispiness of the wafer and the softness and creaminess of the ricotta.

Stopped in to grab a frozen yoghurt based on the previous reviews. I absolutely loved the yoghurt as it is! Smooth and tangy. I don’t feel it needs any toppings. I liked it so much my wife needed to go get her own as I didn’t want to share. Thank you!

This was our second granita here, and it completely blew us away! The first one we tried at the end of the street was just ice with overly sweet syrup—we didn’t understand the hype at all. But this one was on a whole different level. The texture is incredible: it’s like a fruit puree perfectly blended with ice. We initially tried one of the seasonal fruit flavors and the pistachio, and both were simply wonderful. The owner was extremely friendly and immediately recommended the best options, and the waiter was so charming and attentive, going above and beyond what we expected. We loved it so much that we went back for a second round and tried pistachio and mango this time. Honestly, it was just fantastic—creamy, refreshing, and full of real flavor. We got it to go and sat on the steps of the Cathedral in Cefalù, and it was such a lovely moment. We really enjoyed that relaxed, scenic spot while savoring every bite. Even though the place is located on the central square, it doesn’t feel touristy at all, and you can really taste the quality. The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is welcoming, and the flavors are unforgettable. We absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience real, authentic granita.

Every time I'm in the area, it's a must-try; you can't resist! The quality of the ingredients is evident in every product, from granitas to gelato. Highly recommended!
