Top experience from Mr. Tagliata in Potenza! The meat is spectacular, of excellent quality, but the real added value of the place is the waiter: a true champion! Attentive and passionate, he manages the room with incredible energy, so much so that he seems like the owner. He makes you feel at home immediately and turns a dinner into a memorable experience by explaining everything to you in detail. If you are looking for a place to eat meat divinely, this is the right place! I will definitely return when I return to Potenza.

The meat is good, the baked potatoes are equally good although a little burnt because they were served on hot cast iron together with the fillet. Environment needs better lighting... a little gloomy... I'll be back to taste other types of roast meat...

Cena con amici prenatalizia. Periferia a Potenza con buona possibilità di èarcheggio Forse gli interni hanno uno stile anni 80 ed una buona rinnovata non starebbe male. Ma la sostanza c'è tutta, buoni antipasti realizzati con buoni prodotti e interessanti, buona la carne, trattata con amore. Al taglio delle costate il proprietario sembra danzare con coltellone e forchetta.

24/11/2024: Eccezionale. Cucina sublime. Tonio, lo chef, è davvero un professionista ai fornelli (a Melfi è sicuramente, di gran lunga, il migliore). Ristorante idoneo per tutte le esigenze della famiglia, o serate con amici, o pranzi di lavoro. Prodotti ottimi e freschissimi (nulla di surgelato, neanche le cotolette per i ragazzi, come spesso ci capita altrove). La cortesia e gentilezza di Manola, tra l'altro, sono esemplari. Sono anni che frequento questo locale, con la famiglia, amici o per affari, e non ha mai deluso, anzi con gli anni migliora di continuo. Rapporto qualità - prezzo decisamente ottimo. Favoloso. Da consigliare assolutamente.

23/03/2025: The place is clean in every detail, the staff is very courteous and professional, the products are all produced by them, the quality of the food is spectacular, the place has a car park large enough for cars. The girl who served the tables was always kind and friendly. I highly recommend this place because in the entire Potenza area it is very rare to find a clean place that sells fresh products. If you could give 100 or more stars they would all be deserved.
28/02/2025: Excellent welcome, all very good in taste and flavour, fresh and very tender meat, excellent cutting and preparation, I recommend it for an evening in excellent company and excellent food
