18/07/2025: Positive aspects: - beautiful location - excellent desserts - good focaccia Negative aspects: - inattentive service, let me explain. Bread wasn't brought (we ordered the focaccia separately, but bread has to be brought, as it's part of the cover charge); it wasn't explained that there was a fixed-price lunch menu (and what it included) and an à la carte menu; despite the restaurant being essentially empty because the midday rush had already passed, there was no attention paid to monitoring the tables for any needs. (Glances occasionally give the impression of attentive service, if, despite the low turnout, I have to wave to get attention to place an order, it's not nice.) - food didn't live up to the offerings and location. Is it because we ordered the fixed-price menu, so the choice of ingredients and the attention to preparation are secondary? We've been to worse places, admittedly, but also to places that, for the same price, have offered much better and more refined service and dishes. If I had to give a grade like in school I would give it a 6. There is definitely room for improvement!
