Fare colazione qui è sempre una certezza nonché un'ottima coccola pre lunedì (ci sono stata di domenica mattina).
Il panino con il lomo saltado (carne di manzo con pomodori, cipolla e patate fritte) era ottimo così come quello con la salchicha huachana (salsiccia peruviana saltata con uovo). Ho assaggiato la bevanda a base di quinoa che non era niente male e un pan francés di loro produzione ripieno di carne fantastico.
In tarda mattinata ho provato una tortina con crema al lime e meringa sopra: leggera e della giusta acidità.
Non vedo l'ora di tornarci dato che da metà gennaio ci saranno novità.
