11/10/2024: Not really an evening, I order four sandwiches via Appeteat, three arrive (paid for four). I notify the courier, I call the place, everyone tries to blame the other, however the place tells me that they will make the missing sandwich immediately. A quarter of an hour later Appeteat writes to me proposing a refund, totally unaware of the timing communicated by Fort Apache, telling me that it is not up to the place to manage these things. I point out that one person went without food, so I prefer the missing sandwich to a refund, to which they tell me that the return time depends on the preparation times of the place. In practice, after more than an hour from the original time, they tell me that they are arriving. Now, I don't understand whose fault it is and I don't even care since I paid for both services, food and delivery, and it was a total disaster. Mistakes can happen, but confusion and passing the buck can't. If you have chosen a commercial partner, try to coordinate better because a customer really gets a less than serious image, and it's a shame because in terms of flavor and quality, however, they aren't there. criticisms to make...
