Quiet place from which to go for walks, friendly and welcoming staff. Value for money is normal, excellent typical and well-prepared dishes.

Five stars for service and location Four stars honest price apart from the chopping board for €14 small quantity - Three stars quality products polenta not traditional mountain but Valsugana type 10 min cooking frozen mushrooms quite tasteless good with meat all in all good value for money we can return

We've been stopping here for a snack for years. Excellent sandwiches, and the prices compared to other places in Mottarone are really low. The only flaw with the aperitif is that they only bring two chips and the service is a bit slow because there is only one waitress to serve all the tables (among other things on Sunday).

11/12/2024: We were passing through and were trying to eat fish. We ate and ate that we couldn't finish. The fish menu was really loaded. We will come back for sure.
10/12/2024: I always visit this establishment when I am in Mezer. it is very nice that there are also good fish restaurants in the mountains. A small but balanced menu, there are also meat dishes. We like it so much that we go for both lunch and dinner.

02/01/2025: We only had primi piatti as a snack and therefore can't say anything about the quality of the main courses - but the tiramisu was awesome! Just skip ahead to it...
09/11/2024: Posto stupendo, contiguo al Sacro Monte di Ghiffa che sovrasta il Lago Maggiore. Col bel tempo si pranza fuori, all’ombra di grandi alberi, in un silenzio e in una pace difficili da trovare nei luoghi turistici. Avvicinandoti al ristorante ti cattura un invitante profumino, di quelli che sentivi tanto tempo fa nei posti buoni, e che oggi sembrano scomparsi (saranno le coppe moderne? Mah). Mangiato benissimo. Eccellente il fritto di lago con salsa verde.
