Delusione su tutta la linea Io e la mia ragazza eravamo curiosi di provare la "paella algherese con fregola", ma purtroppo l’esperienza non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative. La fregola sembrava precotta, il piatto era davvero misero: un gamberone, uno scampo e tre cozze a testa. Per accompagnamento, del pane raffermo… che ci è stato persino fatto pagare. Peccato, perché l’idea era interessante, ma l’esecuzione e il rapporto qualità-prezzo ci hanno deluso. Non credo proprio che ci torneremo.

21/04/2025: I loved this place. For its beauty and elegance, for the kindness and welcome received, and for the food. Not everyone pays attention to the product being served and I must say that here I found some attention, a simply fantastic cheese platter, products chosen by a specific breeder and producer, we were shown the brochure of the products themselves and what the animals eat in the pasture. A very welcome detail. Their very good paella, delicate but tasty, made with red prawns, not the usual Argentine commercial prawn. We will come back for sure.
