It starts with a soup, followed by a large platter with two types of grains, cooked vegetables, salad, and legumes. The menu is primarily vegan. Every time I come here, I feel like my body finds balance and well-being.
09/08/2025: Healthy and tasty food. Welcoming staff. A must for anyone who loves or follows macrobiotic cuisine. The dishes were vegan, even the desserts. If we ever come back to Bolzano, it'll be a must-visit.
