Seafront hotel with private beach 10 minutes from the center. Spacious and well soundproofed room given the proximity to the railway. Self-service breakfast and dinner with a good variety of dishes. The only downside....the room where meals are consumed gives the idea of a canteen, it should be livened up.

We stayed at Universal for a mini vacation for my birthday.
Overall the experience was really great; the hotel is just a few steps from the historic center and is directly on the sea, which are definitely its plus points. The service is impeccable, from the reception to the restaurant, passing through the spa, where I was able to receive a professional, attentive and energetic massage.
The food chapter deserves a separate discussion: the restaurant does not try to amaze with too many "wow effects", but the food is excellent. Since it is a buffet I often found myself in the situation of having too many good dishes to taste.
The rooms are a bit small and narrow, but that is normal for a seaside hotel.
We definitely had a really good time; I don't know the prices because it was a gift, but I think it was a great experience!

Strategic location and great sea view. Top cleaning, the staff of each department really helpful and kind, fresh and very good food both at breakfast and meals; satisfied with the services offered, from bicycles to the beach, with the right distance between one umbrella and another.

Recommended hotel with a lot of services available (free bike rental, free Sky, private beach). Convenient for those who want to spend a holiday away from the chaos of the center, the location still allows a walk through the historic streets of Senigallia. Fairly rich and varied buffet, large and complete room, only small flaw the shower that wet the bathroom a bit. Very kind and helpful staff for any need.

The rooms are very small and not exactly in the budget category. Our TV didn't work, and the internet didn't work properly either. We were in room 401, so the value for money isn't optimal. The staff was very friendly, though. We were offered a new room because the TV wasn't working, but since we were only there for one night and there was no German TV anyway, we declined. Even so, they didn't offer us a discount because the TV and WiFi weren't working.
