I was for dinner, the place inside is very nice, small, with few seats which allows the dining room staff to provide the best service. The cuisine is excellent, dishes very well thought out and executed, the combination of ingredients is studied and balanced. Of all things, we really liked the carpaccio in soy sauce and the raw fish of the day, also mentioning the canoce, butter, cedar and katsuobushi cavateli. Excellent, I will definitely return. Having returned a second time, I confirm my thoughts, excellent!

Avete presente quando un posto riesce a regalarvi quella sensazione di unicità? Ecco i ragazzi del Mies sanno fare questa magia. Dalla sala alla cucina non posso che dire chapou! La cucina non è solo moderna o gourmet è innovativa, piena di fantasia e creatività. La materia prima eccellente e sapientemente esaltata in ogni piatto che viene presentato con una tale cura che ti fa pensare che l'abbiano fatto apposta solo per te. Una coccola di qualità che ti lascerà la voglia di tornarci per ogni momento speciale. L'atmosfera non è pesante né formale ma giovanile e fresca. La spesa è davvero onesta considerata la qualità dei prodotti. Consiglio senza ombra di dubbio la proposta degustazione che cambia ogni stagione....aspetto questo momento ogni volta come aspetto la nuova stagione della mia serie TV preferita🤣🤗😉 Ps: dolci pazzeschi Andateciiii!!!
