Micro In Cisternino

Simple, authentic food. It could have been a little cheaper, but we were at a table on a small, downhill street in the historic center. We had lasagna, avocado toast, scrambled tofu, vegetable noodles, and pasta with arugula pesto. Everything was very fresh and healthy. Even the delicious desserts (chocolate cake with plum compote and matcha pudding) and the free grain bread served upon arrival, with beetroot hummus. The two omnivores at the table were happy. There should be more places like this.

It's hard to find fresh vegetable salads. This small shop has it covered, and it takes care to prepare delicious salads that are so sought after in this hot weather. In short, good products prepared with love. Go there with your eyes closed.

A little gem in the beautiful Cisternino. Very tasty vegan dishes, excellently prepared and presented. Kindness and cordiality. Not to be missed.

Was a little hesitant as I have gluten intolerance but the chef came out and gave me some options including offering to make me something special. I got their special for the day which was Fava beans and veggies. It was amazing and filling. Very cute place and the owner and server were very kind.

Vegan restaurant with very good products and everything made to order. The two owners are wonderful and recommend you very well. To change a bit from the Italian coffee, the matcha was also very delicious!
