Almost nothing puts me in a good mood like eating fainá or cecina. The variety to choose from when making a sandwich is endless! I chose one filled with cecina alone.
Delicious. And she recommended I try "Spuma," a delicious non-alcoholic fizzy drink. Prices vary depending on what you want to add. A regular sandwich with just cecina is around €5.
A small place with high tables outside and a small bar inside. I highly recommend it.

The 5e5 is delicious, it's like eating a rainbow that makes you happy.
The best 5e5 of my life 🤤🤤🤤… I can't wait to go back… the service isn't bad, in fact almost perfect, while the space is a bit small but really warm for the winter… everything is delicious and even he cooks with a heart of gold ❤️🥰

I have to be honest, eating "traditional" vegan dishes fills my heart with joy. Having a place like this in a city and region that relies so much of its tourism on animal exploitation (like all of Italy) gives me hope for this choice and for humanity. A delight for the palate, the prices aren't excessive; I ordered the botanico and paid about 9 euros.

The photo doesn't do justice to the deliciousness of this cecina (I was in a hurry to eat it).
Truly one of the best I've ever eaten in my life, and I consider myself a very harsh judge when it comes to this.
