Very good traditional tuscan food classic or with a modern twist.

Almost nothing puts me in a good mood like eating fainá or cecina. The variety to choose from when making a sandwich is endless! I chose one filled with cecina alone. Delicious. And she recommended I try "Spuma," a delicious non-alcoholic fizzy drink. Prices vary depending on what you want to add. A regular sandwich with just cecina is around €5. A small place with high tables outside and a small bar inside. I highly recommend it. Super vegan-friendly 🧡

I have to be honest, eating "traditional" vegan dishes fills my heart with joy. Having a place like this in a city and region that relies so much of its tourism on animal exploitation (like all of Italy) gives me hope for this choice and for humanity. A delight for the palate, the prices aren't excessive; I ordered the botanico and paid about 9 euros.

Pictures don't do it justice. Lovely wee place with loads of vegan options, helpful owner and food turned out to be delicious. This was my first time trying cecina / farinata and I was pleasantly surprised by the depth of flavour. We got a sandwich with salsa Verde and guacamole and it was really flavoursome (although not packed with ingredients). Overall delicious enough that we tried to go back the next day in the morning to grab some extra sandwiches for the train but unfortunately it wasn't open yet. Great place if you're looking for quick vegan and authentically local snack on the go
