25/02/2026: I visited Kayo Sushi in Opicina, and the experience was overall positive, though not particularly memorable. It's a restaurant that does its job and can be a reliable choice when you're craving Asian cuisine without too many gourmet expectations. The restaurant is neat and clean, with the modern and functional decor typical of contemporary fusion restaurants. Nothing particularly spectacular, but a pleasant atmosphere that's a pleasure to be in and conducive to a relaxed dinner. The attentive and organized management is evident, even at the busiest times. The management is Chinese, as is the case with many sushi restaurants in Italy, and the menu follows a fairly broad fusion approach.
