I was completely satisfied with my birthday cake, it was made in a divine way, even my guests complimented me, it was exceptional to say the least, Mrs Michela is a great professional, the Red Velvet was exquisite

The cake I ordered was beautiful and delicious, just as I expected. The lady is very professional. The place is very nice. I'm very happy I found this pastry shop.

In response to a negative review, I feel like saying that the place is small but welcoming, clean, and caters to a different audience than other nearby places (which are thoughtful but lack character). Coffee is served with a fresh biscuit, by a very kind gentleman. Making certain types of cakes requires study, patience, and experience: perhaps people watch too many reality shows. I appreciate the artisanal and artistic effort. P.S.: Yesterday I had coffee in a renowned, huge, chic, dirty, and neglected place: the attention to detail is there.

14/10/2025: The end of the season was clearly noticeable – the quality of the food was well below average. Pizza with fries: Fries undercooked and soggy. Carbonara: The "bacon" was pure fat and not even a bit crispy. Service seemed strained.
25/09/2025: The food was great; we had a variety of dishes, all excellent. The staff was friendly and quick. The prices were reasonable. We'll be back.

30/05/2025: Mit unseren Enkelin auf eine Pizza vorbeigekommen. Muss ehrlich sagen, es hat mir das letzt Mal besser geschmeckt. Auch der Tomatensalat war keine Erleuchtung, mehr Zwiebel als Tomaten😥
31/03/2025: I will start with the word excellent. The friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food was outstanding. we had the risotto alla buranella which was excellent. one of the best risottos I have ever eaten. I then had the fritto misto di pesce which was excellent. I have had many over the years in Venice and although they have tended to be good, they were too filling and very oily. this one was very light and the flavour of the fish shone through without getting the oily taste in your mouth. my wife had the scampi alla griglia which were very good. I highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to going back the next time we are in Venice.
