We waited almost two hours for dinner.
The food was delicious; they should work on their customer service.
We witnessed a scene from a customer who had been waiting too long (though shorter than us), and the owner's daughter chose to insult us first. Then, to save what could be saved, her mother intervened, and she completely covered the dinner for these tourists.
We waited anyway and ultimately paid without any discount.

We had dinner at this wonderful place on Sunday while there was a village festival... It was impossible to find a free place to eat until we met Francesco, the owner's assistant. Seeing our despair, even though they had sold out of the menu, he managed to prepare us an impromptu dinner. It was a wonderful surprise both for the quality of the food, the kindness, the cheerfulness, and the helpfulness of Francesco and the owner, who offered coffee and a digestif... I highly recommend this place for the location, the quality of the food, and the management. Thank you ❤️

Per noi che amiamo la tranquillità e il buon cibo, Mezzofanti è stata una scelta ben riuscita. Abbiamo goduto un’ottima cena in un angolo tranquillo e incantevole di Cisternino, accolti da un personale gentile e caloroso.
