A very cult venue, a warm and hospitable environment, reserved tables without annoying noises, very friendly service, special dishes with selected foods of excellent quality and expertly cooked. A special rum adequately accompanied. Excellent judgement!

Very nice and well-kept place, truly particular dishes, original with high quality ingredients which is reflected in excellent balanced and delicious dishes... super recommended are the gnocchi with oyster and red prawn, chickpea cream soup with poached egg and truffle (the best I've ever eaten), the fried food is also delicious, all with two wonderful IPAs and a wine from Bolgheri. The rum with orange and chocolate was equally good... to make everything even more pleasant the staff from the owner to the waiters who were perfect in everything

Located in a petrol station....you would only give it 2 stars! Appearances that are deceiving because you find a particular and accurate place. Very kind staff, special and truly excellent food with sea and land dishes prepared for palates who love taste and refinement!!! Satisfied with my choice! I highly recommend to everyone. OPTIMAL

If you go there it's addictive! In a simple petrol station you will find a restaurant that far surpasses famous restaurants run by starred chefs. Gorgeous cellar and everything fair prices for excellent quality. Simply FANTASTIC

Don't be fooled by the "external" environment (petrol station). The place is nice with very interesting food choices from both sea and land. Excellent choice of wines and very attentive and attentive staff.

Modern and cozy considering the location. A bit cold the temperature but ok. We ordered several dishes. The crudité of raw shrimps and fish was very good. The gnocchi dish tasted little and the potato sauce doesn't make much sense (potatoes plus potatoes). Desserts were of a lower level. Wine served not well and too cold for a red. But I would definitely come back.

Conosco da una vita il proprietario Stefano Sinibaldi, ex valente odontotecnico che si è messo, inizialmente non tra pochi sacrifici per dover combinare le due attività, a fare il ristoratore. E che ristoratore!! Intanto ha scelto un posto sconosciuto a tutti, recuperando (peraltro con uno stile industrial vintage da paura) un vecchio locale abbandonato da anni presso un distributore appena fuori da Venturina. E poi dedicandosi ad un menu, inizialmente solo di panini gourmet di grande innovazione, utilizzando osterie prime davvero a “MezzoKm”, poi arricchendolo con primi, secondi, contorni e dolci della tradizione, ma rivisitati, o completamente nuovi. Ieri sera ad esempio un mio amico ha mangiato un gulasch che aveva un sugo molto delicato e con una carne che si scioglieva in bocca. Quindi, tradizione (internazionale, in questo caso), ma rivisitata con ingrediente ed erbe locali in abbinamenti innovativi. Io invece ho preso degli gnocchetti cotti nell’acqua di cottura delle ostriche (appena scottate però) con ostrica cruda a guarnire (e a mangiare). Sembrava di avere il mare in bocca, con una delicatezza unica. Abbiamo perseguito poi con formaggi dei contadini della zona abbinati a miele e marmellate locali. Formaggi particolari però, non i classici. Il tutto condito da un ottimo rosso (un merlot in purezza) davvero eccezionale. Perché anche la cantina dei vini e degli champagne è, ovviamente, di qualità. Che dire? Niente, andateci e vi assicuro (e non perché è mio amico, ma perché amo mangiare bene e trovare sempre nuovi abbinamenti di cibo) che il prezzo vale totalmente quello che mangiate.
