26/12/2024: We arrived on Christmas day with all the desire to eat something good, without paying much attention to the expense. But someone else decided for our pockets.
We stopped in this tractor, which offered (exclusively displayed outside) two menus: one for 13 and one for 20.
We sat down, they sent us to the table a foreign boy who didn't even know where this menu that was displayed outside was, and who showed us in a photo from his cell phone what included mozzarella and ham, that is, the green menu for 20 euros. We trusted.
A first course of land arrives at the table, without having first had the contemplated appetizer of mozzarella and raw ham.
We asked for explanations.
They told us that the boy had made a mistake and that the pasta was already hot and on the table.
We could have had the mozzarella and ham later if we had wanted, but by now... we know it was no longer an appetizer.
The second course arrives, which in the menu of 13 (which had now been started by mistake), was missing the side of chips, which we had at the table for a fee, upon our request, thus reaching the figure of the menu of 20, paying as well as the drinks that were included in the other.
In short, a mechanism that, with good reason, would be well orchestrated to the detriment of the diner who arrives unprepared.
If you have nowhere to go, and I think it's difficult, avoid it.
The only positive note: the chef's good will to try to put the situation back in line.
The fact that these are special days is understandable, but if you decide to remain at the service of customers, you should be able to have a better service.
The initial solution was to send not a foreign boy to the table, but a professional person who knew the restaurant's offerings well.
04/12/2024: Excellent restaurant, balcony overlooking the crowded alley, you eat like God, the owner and his wife are two very kind and attentive people, they make you taste everything and more, modest prices, I recommend it to everyone.
