Ho ordinato su JustEat dalla Mezza Libbra di Udine ma mi é stato annullato l’ordine e, pensando dipendesse dal ristorante, mi ero fatto una brutta opinione su di loro, invece, sono stato contattato dal ristorante, che mi ha spiegato che la colpa era della piattaforma di servizio di ordini online, che il mio ordine era in realtà pronto ma i rider non andavano a ritirarlo.
Che dire? Che il personale é stato premuroso nel contattarmi e spiegarmi l’accaduto, in passato ho mangiato da loro e mi sono trovato sempre benissimo, quindi, do 5 stelle anche se non ho potuto consumare per questa volta i loro prodotti ma la loro cortesia nello spiegarmi la situazione mi spinge nel premiarli.
Grazie ragazzi: verrò a trovarvi a breve.

Tables outside.
I want to sit outside and drink hot chocolate.
The waitress arrives, after 5 minutes of seeing us sit down, without saying hello she begins with "TELL ME...".
I understand that it is cold outside but I am not the scapegoat for this condition. Talk to the owner if you don't want to do INSIDE-OUT-INSIDE.
If I choose to sit outside I don't think I don't deserve kindness and courtesy.
If you can't be professional enough to even order a hot chocolate, I don't know what other job I can suggest.
At least the chocolate was good.

We didn’t eat anything, but have few drinks. The staff was nice and helpful. Drinks were tasty and in good price. In the evening the atmosphere was awesome.

We stumbled upon it by chance for lunch...
Great food, definitely not your usual sandwich shop.
Food revisited with the typical flavors of the place.
Spent the right amount, slightly less than what we expected.

I've known and dated Half Libra for quite a while.
Everything is exceptional, from the food to the staff, all super nice and kind
But guys, you can't without air conditioning in the summer in the center of Udine with 40 degrees perceived, both for us customers and for the guys who work there.
I ate a cheesecake and it melted on my plate before I could finish it.
Install air conditioning if it isn't there, or repair it if it's broken!!!!
Indecent. See you in September in the cool guys
