Mezza Libbra In Udine

06/05/2025: This is a lovely shop with a superb location. Enjoy a great, dense, and well-done coffee and pastries while relaxing and watching people pass by. I spent three days in Udine, and this was my place to go every morning. Do not leave without trying their natural juices.

02/12/2024: I have been coming to drink cappuccino or coffee at Grosmi for more than 20 years. I love being there in addition to the excellent coffee but the peace it gives me inside, but today at my simple request to have hot milk, the brown-haired saleswoman with the ponytail throws the freshly made coffee on the counter below and throws it away, with a gesture opening the stove arm, and remakes it new, when I had simply asked her to make it hot, what can I say, arrogance, rudeness and little kindness, if this job is not for you because you have your personal problems and you are nervous, change jobs because the customer especially in such a beautiful environment simply likes to feel pampered and served with kindness. Obviously these young people probably need to take a course in good manners and how to behave with the customer!!! Negative experience I miss the lady who always made coffees there and has retired.
