Great experience, a beautiful place with a quality menu.

A fusion restaurant specializing in seafood, blending international influences, especially Japanese. We ordered pad thai (Thai), ceviche (Peruvian), and several sushi, negiri, maki, and uramaki (Japanese). We are still captivated by the remarkable quality of the ingredients and the perfect balance of flavors. The waitress, very welcoming and smiling, made the experience even more enjoyable. In short, a delightful touch of exoticism in the heart of Italian cuisine!

The ability to mix different culinary styles is a huge added value. The incredible thing is that whether you order a supreme salmon roll or a Mexican taco, the experience is always top-notch. While this is expected for the sushi, given the Hagakure school, the real discovery is Chef Isidoro's delicacies. The burrata and coffee ravioli are a spectacle unlike any other high-end restaurant in Bari. Kevin's service is prompt and courteous. The mixology is excellent. Well done!

It was a day with an orange weather alert, and it was our first time at this "fusion" restaurant. We already had a few issues with the welcome, as our table was "designated" outside without asking or even informing us. Fortunately, a table designed for inside decided to stay outside, and we sat inside despite the limited space. And then came the ordeal... an endless wait... until the fries and sushi plate, which was never explained to us, arrived. My rice noodles were delicious. Overall, though, the prices were high for the small portions. A big shout out to the clean-shaven guy, Francesco, I think, who apologized for the inconvenience and offered us a small discount. Last but not least, he smiled at us and apologized for the inconvenience.

Top-notch service: the staff are very professional and helpful, the menu is delicious and varied, and the price is reasonable for the quality of the service and food. We'll definitely be back!

Not your average dinner spot: an original and varied menu, with unusual offerings. The sushi is truly excellent, among the best I've ever tasted. The quality-price ratio is medium-high. My only complaint is that the service could be more attentive to match the quality of the dishes.

5 STARS FOR EVERYTHING! I don't usually write reviews, but I think it's appropriate in some cases, especially when there's effort, care, and high quality. What I found at Mezcla this evening! I had dinner with my boyfriend and we were amazed by the delicate yet explosive flavors. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it if you want excellent quality sushi.
