Excellent pizza, as always.
Ordered a meter of 4 flavours... Really excellent.
The only negative note was the one who delivered the pizza... really rude and even rude... Too bad....

Good pizza, friendly staff. Even though the restaurant was fully booked, we got a seat if we left before the reservation time...which we found to be absolutely okay and very accommodating

Good pizzas and with the possibility of enjoying, in addition to the classic pizzas, also those with different types of dough, chickpeas, charcoal, spelled, etc... Furthermore, you can also have rectangular pizzas measuring half a meter up, with deep dough. Large room, but better to book.

Pizzeria restaurant in Bolzano, near via Resia, very easy to reach, less easy to find parking (there is one but it is quite small). I ate a pizza, the service was absolutely adequate in terms of timing and courtesy of the waiters. The pizza was to my taste, it is a "strange" but tasty cross between a Neapolitan-style pizza with a crust and a crunchier one... I liked it. If I were to be in the area again I would stay here again.

We go often because there are different types of dough. The pizza is good, the ingredients are scarce...👎🏻 The waiters are good.

Very good pizza and I recommend the NUVOLA dough. Leavened for 48 hours, you don't feel it, light, not salty, you don't wake up at night to drink from the thirst you get..
Excellent service from the waiters and the owner Salvatore, very kind!

Buona pizza, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Il proprietario ha palesemente sminuito il lavoro del giovane cameriere a mio avviso molto professionale e cordiale insultandolo davanti a me che stavo entrando in quel momento al bagno. Lavorando in questo settore mi sembra che l educazione prevede i rimproveri nei confronti del personale al di fuori del servizio o in disparte non di fronte ai clienti. Mi ha davvero rabbrividito la scena del proprietario che ha lanciato sul tavolo i coperti e cacciato dal banco riservato al taglio pizza il cameriere. Ciononostante il cameriere ha saputo mantenere la calma e continuare di forma professionale il suo servizio. Lavoro é lavoro e lavorando si possono commettere errori, ma l’educazione é alla base di tutto. Spero che questo episodio non ricapiti soprattutto davanti agli occhi dei clienti.
