Pizzeria restaurant in Bolzano, near via Resia, very easy to reach, less easy to find parking (there is one but it is quite small). I ate a pizza, the service was absolutely adequate in terms of timing and courtesy of the waiters. The pizza was to my taste, it is a "strange" but tasty cross between a Neapolitan-style pizza with a crust and a crunchier one... I liked it. If I were to be in the area again I would stay here again.

We go often because there are different types of dough. The pizza is good, the ingredients are scarce...👎🏻 The waiters are good.

Very good pizza and I recommend the NUVOLA dough. Leavened for 48 hours, you don't feel it, light, not salty, you don't wake up at night to drink from the thirst you get..
Excellent service from the waiters and the owner Salvatore, very kind!

A pizzeria that has been very dear to me for 40 years.
Good food and super excellent pizza (my favorite Calabrisella) excellent idea and delicious pizza by the metre, also home delivery.
Congratulations for all the various types of flours, for various needs and tastes.

Good pizza, excellent value for money. The owner clearly belittled the work of the young waiter who in my opinion was very professional and friendly by insulting him in front of me who was entering the bathroom at the time. Working in this sector it seems to me that education includes reprimands towards staff outside the service or on the sidelines not in front of customers. I was really shocked by the scene of the owner throwing the place settings onto the table and kicking the waiter out of the counter reserved for cutting pizza. Nonetheless, the waiter was able to remain calm and continue his service in a professional manner. Work is work and while working you can make mistakes, but education is the basis of everything. I hope that this episode does not happen again, especially before the eyes of customers.

The food was excellent, mostly pizzas and first courses (the gricia was like the one in Trastevere: excellent!!) we will try the rest.
Very kind, attentive and competent staff, soft environment and polite, non-caciarona people.
We will definitely be back.
