Metro' In Bolzano

The food was excellent. We were served by a truly nice young man, friendly, helpful, polite, and "clean"—we might say impeccable. A small mistake from the kitchen; the apology and the fact that they didn't charge for the dish were much appreciated. I can't say if they've changed management or if the wait staff has made such a big difference compared to years ago, but in any case, it's become a place that has pleasantly surprised me.

I've always been satisfied so far. The staff is quick and friendly. The pizza is good.

It's good, but sometimes it gets a little burnt underneath or the tomato has a slightly acidic taste.

We ate at this pizzeria at the invitation of a couple of friends who had known it for some time. The interior is located in a slightly basement area, but is decorated in light colors, which made the space feel brighter. The appetizer buffet, located right at the bottom of the stairs leading down to the dining room, was very inviting. When we were welcomed to our table, we met Luca, who looked after us with great attention and professionalism throughout the evening, promptly updating us on the pizzas' delivery times. The quality of the ingredients used and the dishes served was good, but I must admit that the fifth star we awarded to our rating is precisely for the friendly service we received from the staff. We will certainly return before we return to Rome, also because the pizzeria's quality/price ratio seems truly excellent. Sincere compliments.

We ordered two takeout pizzas, one regular and one gluten-free. We went to pick them up and asked if we could cut them. The response was, "I can cut the regular one, but not the gluten-free one because otherwise there's a risk of cross-contamination."
